Who is our ideal franchisee?

We are planning very methodical, strategic growth and we are seeking the right people to help us as we take this next step. So, who might make a good choice for us?

Experience in the field of beauty and permanent makeup is an advantage for a would-be franchisee. What matters even more to us, though, is finding people with talent, integrity, and drive. We have the business systems in place to help get a franchisee up and running on day one.

What we have learned in the development of this and other businesses is that business owners succeed when they get to do what they do best – in this case, beauty and cosmetic tattooing. We have worked diligently to create automation, find the right vendors, technologies and software so that our franchisees can enjoy the experience and level of success.

We will support each franchisee and do all we can to see that they succeed. When our first franchisee can give us a 5-Star review as the franchisor, then – and only then – will we go on to grant the second franchise. We will invest all the time and dedication needed to make sure each franchisee succeeds.

Our franchisees will go through a training program unlike any other available in the industry, at our Daela Cosmetic Tattoo Academy. We train franchisees on all aspects of running a business. From questions of marketing and advertising, to website development, payroll systems and all of the particulars of the day-to-day operation of a business, our franchisees will see that we pay great attention to detail and have a system and training program in place that is second to none. And, for the cosmetic tattoo side of the business, you’ll receive detailed, in person training from our artists on the very latest techniques, products and tools. You’ll learn by watching and by doing.

What is also unique to this franchise offering, and to our industry, is that our Academy will be a place where our franchisees can send their technician/artists to be trained by the very best. You might say that we will help them turn technicians into true artists. This is a truly boutique opportunity.

Franchising & How it works

A question that prospective franchisees sometimes ask is “Why should I buy a franchise?  Couldn’t I simply go out and start my own business?” Certainly, some people do enter the business world in that manner. So, what is the real value of purchasing a franchise rather than “going it alone”?

On your own, you might well experience a large “learning curve.” What are the right types of verticals to advertise in? What type of insurance should I carry? What are the collateral materials that would best market my business?  How best to utilize technology and social media? What type of artists should we hire? How do I promote my business? What kind of Client Relationship Management program should I use? Daela Cosmetic Tattoo also provides many of the normal monthly business costs at no charge.

Without the professional training, business experience, or connections it takes to succeed, it can be difficult to get off the ground. Many small business owners begin by hiring outside individuals with experience just for advice. Opening a business independently takes time and money. Data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics show that only 25% of all new “non-franchise” businesses actually survive.

That isn’t to say that franchising doesn’t require time and money, also. However, as a franchisee, you enjoy a number of advantages that a stand-alone, independent start-up does not. You begin with the accumulated experience, know-how, business practices and operating plan that come with a franchise.

As a franchisee, you enjoy name-brand recognition, and a network of support provides an immediate and distinct competitive edge over the independent, stand-alone business.  You can avoid that costly trial-and-error period that causes so many problems for start-up businesses.  As a franchisee, you’ll “hit the ground running.”

The Daela Cosmetic Tattoo opportunity gives franchisees the ready-made framework within which to build a successful business. We have decades of experience in business coaching and you have our 100% commitment we will be right by your side every step of the way.
